UAV Mobile Stations is dedicated to supplying a broad line of standard trailer models to the industry in the most cost efficient way. We purchase the materials that go into our trailers in quantities to cut down on cost. We also follow effective production methods in our manufacturing processes to provide our customers with quality, standard models at the lowest possible cost.
We welcome custom station orders. However, to ensure that your custom station meets your expectations, we have a separate process for these builds. This process involves supervision from start to finish to give assurance that all the details are right and the finished custom station meets the standards that our customer's expect from a UAV Mobile Station.
The process for a custom Mobile Station is listed below
A UAV Mobile Station representative will speak with you about the features you want and submit a Custom Station request. We process Custom Station requests within 24-48 hours of the request submission.
Your UAV Mobile Station representative will email you with a quote for your Custom Station. This amount includes the Custom Station charge, CAD drawings (if needed), and the extra parts and labor involved in your Custom Station. If you want to pursue purchasing your custom UAV Mobile Station, the next steps upon quote acceptance are as follows:
A non-refundable Custom Station deposit of 15% of the final quoted price must be received to begin the build process.
Once your deposit is received, your Custom Station Order will be created in our system and sent to you for your approval and signature. changes and modifications are understood and can be accurately translated in our Custom Station shop.
Typical build time is ~6-8 weeks. Additional customization's can extend the build time.
